Summary We’re looking for a hands-on Video Editor who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and loves building, experimenting, and creating at scale. You’ll partner with the team to bring our customers’ stories to life through delivering engaging video content that drives measurable business impact. You’re equal parts storyteller, editor, creative problem solver, and operator. You embrace AI-powered creative tools, move quickly without sacrificing quality, and enjoy wearing multiple hats. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Own the end-to-end video editing process from concept through final delivery across customer initiatives * Develop, design, and edit compelling high-impact video content optimized for ecommerce, livestream, social, and digital experiences * Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate editing workflows, generate assets, improve efficiency, and continuously experiment with new ways of creating content * Partner cross-functionally with Creative Services, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Sales to to transform ideas into compelling visual stories * Rapidly iterate based on performance data, customer feedback, and evolving business priorities * Repurpose content across multiple channels while maintaining exceptional creative quality and brand consistency * Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and scale creative production * Jump in wherever needed - whether that’s editing, motion graphics, brainstorming concepts, creating templates, or solving unexpected creative challenges   WE’LL BE EXCITED IF YOU HAVE 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, startup, technology company, or fast-paced creative environment Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), CapCut, and modern editing platforms Experience using AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity and content quality  Strong creative instincts balanced with an analytical mindset—you understand what makes content perform and enjoy using data to improve results Ability to independently prioritize work, manage competing deadlines, and thrive with ambiguity Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative approach—you enjoy partnering with teammates across functions Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining speed and efficiency Curiosity about emerging AI, video, and creator technologies, with a passion for continuous learning A builder's mentality: proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and excited to help shape processes instead of simply following them Locations  The role is remote based in India.
