Role Overview ANGA Bangkok - we are looking for a hybrid creative powerhouse. You will be responsible for defining the visual language of our multi-million baht campaigns. This role focuses primarily on editing short-form videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, while also supporting the production of motion graphics and marketing videos for ANGA’s PR and brand communications. Key Responsibilities * Video Mastery: Lead end-to-end video production, specifically optimizing short-form storytelling for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts to drive maximum engagement. * Motion Graphics: Elevate static designs with motion elements, including animated overlays, lower thirds, and dynamic transitions to capture attention in a crowded digital space. * Brand Stewardship: Serve as the guardian of ANGA Bangkok’s Brand Identity (CI), ensuring every output aligns with our professional yet innovative "A-Player" mood and tone. * Creative Storytelling: Transform marketing briefs and raw footage into compelling visual stories that communicate messages clearly and effectively. * Collaboration & Workflow: Utilize ClickUp or alternative project management tools, ensuring all deadlines are met with "typo-free" and well-formatted delivery. * Feedback & Iteration: Systematically incorporate feedback from Account Managers and Clients to refine creative work while maintaining professional standards. Qualifications & Skills * Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a digital agency or high-growth creative environment. * Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: * Adobe Premiere Pro (Advanced video editing) * After Effects (Motion graphics and animation) * Bonus: Photoshop / Illustrator, CapCut Desktop * Creative & Storytelling Ability Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and creative editing techniques. * Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the technical requirements and current trends of TikTok, Meta, and Google platforms. * Social Media Video Understanding: Familiar with short-form video trends and content styles for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. * Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing both static graphic design and edited video content is mandatory.
