QUALIFICATIONS: * Current New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) license. * Minimum of one year of recent experience as a licensed Physical Therapist. * Home health experience required. * OASIS experience required. * HCHB experience strongly preferred. * Excellent assessment, communication, and time management skills. * Ability to work independently while providing exceptional patient care.
