WHAT YOU’LL DO * Provide virtual psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management * Diagnose and treat patients across a range of mental health conditions * Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care * Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation * Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote environment WHAT YOU’LL NEED * Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) in California * Independent practice eligibility (no provisional or supervised licenses) * 2+ years of outpatient psychiatric experience since obtaining licensure * Strong comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms * A private, confidential workspace suitable for virtual care We recently published a Clinical Outcomes Report at Array that shows strong, sustained patient improvement across a wide range of acuity—including higher-acuity patients—all delivered virtually.
