ABOUT THE ROLE We currently have an opportunity for an independently licensed therapist with an active Oregon license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is part-time (16 hours/week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from an outpatient facility. Patient population is ages 8+, with a small amount of geriatric patients. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Provide mental health services such as intake, therapy and counseling * Provide video-based behavioral health assessment with patients * Assist with de-escalation and stabilization * Phone or video capture any readily available collateral information from other sources * Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors * Provide written recommendation on next level of assessment or care * Maintain documentation within partner site’s EMR * Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all * Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context * Maintain all required certifications and licenses WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Clinicians must have active state license * Professional licensure must enable independent practice * 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license * Intermediate to advanced experience with technology * Strong communication skills * Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred POSITION LOGISTICS * 100% remote position * Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality * You will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.
