Responsibilities • Coordinate inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory adjustments with 3PL partners. • Track on-time shipment, accuracy, receiving cycle time, loss and damage, and exception closure. • Audit warehousing, handling, and freight invoices for duplicates and rate discrepancies. • Manage peak capacity, carrier delays, customs issues, lost parcels, and inventory variances. • Maintain SLA scorecards, issue logs, operating reviews, and corrective-action plans. Requirements • Based in Shenzhen with 2+ years in 3PL, warehousing, cross-border logistics, or fulfillment operations. • Strong Excel/Sheets skills for reconciliation, cost analysis, and dashboards. • Clear English communication and persistent external-partner follow-through.
