What we offer: * Flexible Scheduling * Free, Online 40-hour RBT Online Program * Paid Orientation * Pay starts at $20.00 - $23.00 per hour with increases of $1-$3 in the first 3-6 months. * Tablet for data collection and toys/materials for client engagement * 401K with matching * Federal Holidays Off * Mileage reimbursement & Travel Time Pay (per policy) * Case matching: 1-2 regularly assigned clients with whom you can build rapport over time * Supportive Environment with Ongoing Training and BCBAs with smaller/limited caseloads About the ABA / BT Position: Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism (ASD). Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).
