As an Account Based Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Anaplan’s account-based marketing and demand initiatives. Reporting to the Director of ABM, you’ll collaborate closely with Demand/ABM Managers to execute integrated global marketing campaigns across various channels. Your focus will be on supporting demand and account-based strategic initiatives. Your Impact Campaign & Webinar Operations Support * Support execution of core Demand Gen programs: Support the day-to-day rollout of email nurtures, content syndication, newsletter blasts, and hosted webinars. * Coordinate Event Logistics: Manage internal and 3rd party webinar details from speaker scheduling and dry runs to drafting registration copy, tracking sign-ups, and managing live Zoom logistics. * Keep Projects on Track: Submit and track campaign requests in Wrike, ensuring timelines and asset details stay organized across teams. Digital Tools & Content Management * Manage personalization and chat: Write, launch, and update Qualified chat bots on key campaign pages to engage site visitors. * Build digital content experiences: Update and maintain branded digital content hubs and microsites using PathFactory. * Build target lists: Assist ABM managers in compiling and organizing targeted account and contact lists based on campaign criteria. Reporting & Optimization * Track campaign performance: Build custom UTMs, monitor lead flow into Salesforce, and maintain simple reporting logs to see what content performs best. * Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Content, Marketing Operations, and Solutions Marketing to align messaging, branding, and technical setup. Your qualifications, your influence * Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and handle multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field * 2+ years of B2B demand generation or account based marketing experience in SaaS * Experience supporting the development of campaigns and execution of email marketing, webinars, social advertising, content syndication, and paid digital * Strong communication and presentation skills * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
