About the Role Clipboard is transforming the talent marketplace by connecting workplaces with professionals they need, when they need them. As an Account Executive, you'll own and grow Clipboard's presence across the country, with an emphasis on your local market: building relationships, signing new facility partners, and ensuring customers succeed on our platform. You'll primarily be selling to prospects via phone and email, though the role will require occasional travel to facilities in your immediate area and occasional overnight travel. Your success in the role is measured by the revenue generated by new customers. We're hiring across the U.S. to help shape Clipboards's next stage of growth. What You'll Do * Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners predominantly via Inside Sales channels * Occasionally visit prospects and current customers in your local area to optimize their own business outcomes & Clipboard's * Attend conferences, Clipboard-run local events, and other industry functions * Develop a deep understanding of the Long Term Care (LTC) landscape and competitors * Partner with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience * Maintain clear pipeline and activity tracking in CRM (B2B Sales Environment) Who You Are and What You Bring As mentioned above, we’re rapidly growing our team and need both more junior & more senior folks in most markets.
