THE OPPORTUNITY Ogury is seeking a driven and strategic Senior Account Executive to join our New York team and play a critical role in accelerating growth across top-tier agencies and open territories throughout the East Coast. You’ll represent a privacy-first ad tech platform powered by Persona Intelligence, helping brands and agencies activate consistent persona-based strategies across channels and drive measurable outcomes. In this role, you’ll leverage your agency and client relationships to win new business and grow existing accounts across our managed service and programmatic solutions. As a trusted advisor, you’ll bring market insight, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen to every conversation—owning the full sales cycle and partnering closely with internal stakeholders across operations, customer success, and marketing. You’ll report to our Senior Sales Director, East Coast, and work from our downtown New York City office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Drive adoption of Ogury’s Personified Advertising solutions through strategic outreach, compelling presentations, and consistent engagement with media agencies and brand marketers across the East Coast. * Cultivate and grow relationships with key agency stakeholders by understanding their objectives, success metrics, and challenges—and positioning Ogury as a value-driven partner. * Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation and close. * Build strategic sales plans that unlock long-term revenue growth and deepen consultative client partnerships. * Own forecasting, pipeline development, and high standards of CRM hygiene. * Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, client satisfaction, and post-sale success. * Represent Ogury at industry conferences and networking events to increase market visibility and identify emerging opportunities. * Map agency structures and key decision-makers, surfacing strategic opportunities across holding companies and independent agencies. * Act as a client advocate, managing and resolving sales escalations with professionalism and urgency. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OGURY * 3-5 years experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on programmatic, video, and/or mobile media. * Strong existing relationships with key contacts at East Coast media agencies and brands * A proven record of both new business development and account growth, with a passion for building long-term client value. * Commercial acumen and the ability to identify revenue opportunities, educate clients on new product developments, and connect their goals to smart, data-led solutions. * Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging agency stakeholders and senior decision-makers. * An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a high level of creativity, motivation, and accountability. * Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where adaptability, autonomy, and team spirit are essential. * A passion for adtech and a strong interest in staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
