Location: Spain, Barcelona (Office 3 Days, Home 2 Days) Languages required: Native Level Spanish & Fluent Level English Segment: Commercial Sales (New Logos & Existing Accounts) THE ROLE Are you a driven, results-oriented commercial sales professional who thrives on both acquiring new logos and expanding strategic accounts? In this role you will: * Define and execute your sales strategy for Spain, aligned with Boomi’s broader EMEA goals. * Own both new business and strategic expansion of existing commercial accounts across Spain. * Act as a trusted advisor to senior customers: deeply understand their business objectives, craft compelling value propositions for Boomi’s platform, and deliver transformative outcomes. * Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closure, with accountability for quota attainment. * Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, partner network, solutions engineering) and external partners (GSIs/SIs) to generate high-quality pipeline and accelerate wins. * Represent Boomi in the market at events and in-field engagements, strengthening our brand in Spain and driving awareness of our commercial solutions. * Embrace a high-energy culture, work within a fast-growing global organisation, and maximise the uncapped opportunity for revenue and career growth. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Proven SaaS sales experience (new logos + existing account expansion)with a track record of success in large‐scale technology deals. * Deep experience selling complex solutions (e.g., integration, data management, automation, or platform-led SaaS) and navigating consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving C-level, IT and business leaders. * Native level Spanish and fluent level English. * Strong pipeline, forecasting and quota management skills, ideally using tools like Salesforce, Clari and methodologies such as MEDDPICC. * Ability to operate independently in your territory, but also collaborate as part of a global GTM team; highly self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable in a fast-moving, scale-up environment. * Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate; frequent travel across Spain/region as required. * Adept at partnering with channel/partner ecosystems (GSIs / SIs) to unlock new opportunities. * Hunter mindset and attitude. This role will occasionally also include outbound hunting and prospecting, alongside mentioned responsibilities. * The ability to work independently with strong motivation and drive and be detail orientated.
