Your Mission: Join lemon.markets at a pivotal growth moment and help scale the infrastructure powering investment products in Europe. As we currently run two GTM motions, your focus will lie on our direct lemon.markets sales motion, owning the sales process end-to-end for key prospects: from targeting new accounts, to pitching our platform, leading deep qualification and solution discussions, and closing strategic partnerships across FinTechs, Banks, and Wealth Managers. This is a highly hands-on role. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, Engineering, Legal, and the broader Growth team to make a complex product tangible for prospects and to drive momentum across multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will: * Own the sales process end-to-end for key prospects, from prospecting and discovery to shaping, aligning, and closing commercial proposals. * Take full ownership of your accounts and proactively drive momentum across each stage of the sales cycle, with the persistence and creativity needed to move complex opportunities forward. * Build strong relationships with key champions, decision-makers, and ecosystem players, while involving internal experts from Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Legal, and Compliance at the right moments to support effective solution design. * Create and manage a healthy pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, industry events, referrals, and strategic network-building across FinTechs, Banks, Wealth Managers, Insurers, and other relevant financial players. * Lead structured discovery and qualification processes, evaluate business cases, and help prospects identify the right commercial and operating model for their investment offering. * Continuously improve our sales processes, tooling, and ways of working to help build a scalable, efficient, and best-in-class sales setup. You will be successful in this role if: * Expanding access to investing excites you. Our mission resonates with you, and you are motivated by helping bring modern investment products to market. * You bring B2B sales experience within the German and broader European market and have led full-cycle sales motions from prospecting, through commercial negotiations, to closing across segments such as Financial Service providers, Brokers and FinTechs. * You are a proactive builder of pipeline. You know how to source and develop opportunities, navigate industry events and networks, and combine research, outreach, and relationship-building to create momentum. * You are comfortable selling into complex and regulated environments. You can navigate multiple stakeholders, understand nuanced requirements, and translate technical or operational complexity into clear value for prospects. * You are adaptable in your approach. When something does not land, you reassess, refine, and try a different route rather than defaulting to a fixed playbook. * You communicate confidently with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, and are fluent in both German and English; additional European languages are a plus. * You bring ownership, curiosity, and a strong bias for action. You seek feedback, learn quickly, and enjoy working cross-functionally to build long-term partnerships.
