ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Account Executive to join our Growth Markets team in Barcelona. Growth Markets is a diverse and fast-moving region covering customers across different countries, languages, and cultural contexts. You will need to adapt your sales approach to each market while taking full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through product demonstration, negotiation, and closing. The ideal candidate is resilient, curious, and comfortable creating new opportunities. You will combine strong business-development instincts with a consultative approach, helping customers understand how Perk’s Travel and Spend solutions can address their business challenges. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Leading the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through product demonstration, negotiation, and closing. * Managing mainly outbound opportunities across your assigned Growth Markets territory. * Developing your own pipeline through proactive outbound activity and targeted account strategies. * Understanding prospects’ business needs and positioning Perk’s Travel and Spend solutions around the challenges that matter most to them. * Delivering engaging product demonstrations tailored to the customer’s priorities and organisational setup. * Conducting high-level business conversations with a range of stakeholders, from Office Managers and Travel Managers to Finance leaders and CFOs. * Building relationships with multiple stakeholders and developing clear strategies to move opportunities through the decision-making process. * Taking ownership of your pipeline in Gong and Salesforce, ensuring opportunities contain accurate information, clear next steps, defined tasks, and updated stakeholder mapping. * Collaborating closely with SDRs on account strategy, qualification, and pipeline development. * Developing a deep understanding of Perk, our evolving products, our competitors, and the markets you cover. WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? * Previous experience in a quota-carrying closing role, managing opportunities through the full sales cycle. * A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced B2B environment. * Experience selling across different countries, markets, and cultural contexts, with the ability to adapt your communication and sales approach accordingly. * A strong hunter mentality and demonstrated success in generating pipeline through proactive outbound initiatives. * A good understanding of consultative B2B solution selling and experience managing short-to-medium sales cycles. * Experience building successful relationships with senior decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders. * Confidence using Salesforce, Gong, and sales engagement tools to manage your pipeline and inform your sales strategy. * A customer-centric approach and the ability to balance commercial outcomes with a high-quality customer experience. * Resilience, ambition, and perseverance, combined with sound judgement and an ethical approach to selling. * The ability to operate independently while remaining collaborative and contributing to the success of the wider team. * Professional fluency in English. Proficiency in Italian, Polish or another Central and Eastern European language is strongly preferred. * Legal authorisation to work in Spain and the ability to work from our Barcelona hub. * "Perk doesn’t require academic studies for this position.
