THE ROLE Ideals is launching into the Swedish market with a key hire in our Key Accounts team by hiring a Business Development Associate (Account Executive) based in Stockholm. You’ll focus on high-value target accounts, building the kind of relationships that turn prospects into long-term customers. As a front-line, quota-carrying team member, you will actively reach out to 30-40 new customers monthly, overseeing a pipeline with 50+ opportunities to close deals. Engaging proactively with key account decision-makers across Finance, Banking, and other sectors, you will contribute directly to our growth story in Sweden.
