ABOUT THE ROLE This is a ground-floor seat on a six-person team that's still being built, not a machine you're plugged into. You'll report directly to Rodrigo, who is deliberately splitting Brazil into two mid-market territories so the next Account Executives get real exposure to enterprise-size deals while still carrying a mid-market quota, meaning bigger commissions sooner, without waiting years for an enterprise promotion. Cast AI just crossed unicorn status, and LATAM is one of the regions carrying that growth. You'll own 100 percent new-logo generation across mid-market and enterprise accounts in Brazil, build your own pipeline instead of waiting on marketing, and work hand in hand with the partner ecosystem that already drives the majority of deals here. If you want to build something instead of maintaining it, this is that role. WHAT'LL YOU OWN? * Full new-logo generation across mid-market and enterprise accounts in Brazil. This is a 100 percent net-new business role, with no existing book to manage. * Building and running your own outbound pipeline through prospecting and cold outreach, not relying only on marketing or partner-sourced leads. * Leading structured discovery conversations to understand a customer's cloud and Kubernetes environment well enough to build a compelling, value-based case for optimization, not a product pitch. * Managing a 3 to 4 month sales cycle end to end, from first meeting through negotiation and close. * Partnering closely with Cast AI's channel ecosystem. A majority of deals here are sourced or co-run with partners, so working an indirect motion is core to the role, not a side skill. * Running product demos yourself as you ramp, working alongside a Solutions Consultant early on and taking on more of the technical demo independently over time. WHAT'LL YOU NEED? * Proven experience closing as an Account Executive, ideally in cloud SaaS or an adjacent space (cloud infrastructure, cloud cost/FinOps, cloud security, or DevOps tooling). * A genuine hunter track record: you've built new-logo pipeline from scratch, not inherited or managed an existing book. * Proven experience working with MEDDIC or a comparable value-selling methodology, and you can walk through Opportunity Assessment, Value Discovery, Value Demonstration, and Value Delivery in your own words. * Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes concepts, enough to run strong discovery and speak credibly to technical buyers. Deep hands-on or coding experience isn't required. * Comfort working an indirect sales motion alongside your own direct pipeline, including joint account planning and co-selling with partners. * Strong negotiation and closing track record, with a genuine commitment to the customer relationship after the deal closes. * Based in or willing to relocate to Sao Paulo, Brazil.
