ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR An Account Supervisor leads key elements of account management by overseeing execution across multiple campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic alignment in every deliverable. You are an organized, proactive client partner with strong social fluency, a creative mindset, and a desire to think differently about how we solve our clients’ business problems. You bring curiosity to emerging technologies—including practical applications of AI and AI vibe coding—and are eager to explore new ways of working, creating, and delivering value. You’ll also coach and guide junior team members while helping foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: YOUR DAY-TO-DAY * Manage multiple client campaigns end-to-end, including briefing, internal review, execution, quality assurance, reporting, and optimization. * Ensure all deliverables align with client objectives, brand guidelines, creative standards, timelines, and agreed-upon scopes of work. * Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and credibility with client stakeholders and escalating issues appropriately. * Translate client needs into clear, actionable internal briefs that inspire strong strategic and creative work. * Provide clear, considered feedback on strategic and creative work, maintain quality control, and manage revisions across internal teams, partners, and clients. * Monitor campaign performance metrics; partner with analytics, strategy, media, and creative teams to identify insights and refine direction. * Bring a solutions-oriented perspective to client challenges, seeking fresh, culturally relevant, and innovative approaches to business problems. * Assist with budget tracking, billing, forecasting, and scope management; proactively flag potential risks or opportunities. * Support senior team members in account strategy, proposals, new-business efforts, and client presentations. * Help identify opportunities to improve processes, team collaboration, and the quality of client work. * Stay curious about emerging platforms, cultural trends, AI tools, and new ways of working—including a working understanding of AI vibe coding and how it may support ideation, prototyping, workflow efficiency, and innovation. * Apply sound judgment when using AI-enabled tools, with attention to client confidentiality, brand safety, accuracy, and agency standards. * Mentor Senior and mid-level Account Executives; conduct regular check-ins, provide clear feedback, takes an active role in their professional growth. * Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and positive working environment across disciplines and levels. A close partner to project management.  Team Leadership, Mentorship & Collaboration Mentors Senior Account Executives and Account Executives/Account Coordinators; serves as a bridge between account leadership and execution teams; creates clarity, momentum, and accountability across workstreams. Data & Analytical Insight Monitors campaign metrics and performance, identifies relevant insights for review, and proactively flags performance risks and optimization opportunities. Communication & Presentation Skills Communicates clearly and confidently in writing, in meetings, and in presentations. Can distill complex information into actionable direction and tell a compelling story for clients and internal teams. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE * Ability to manage high level productions, proven experience is required. * Approximately 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, communications, or related roles—ideally within a creative, media, digital, social, or innovation-focused agency environment. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. * Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and writing skills. * Experience supporting digital and social campaigns, with a working understanding of relevant platforms and campaign performance metrics. * A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to client service. * Strong social fluency, cultural awareness, and comfort working with diverse personalities and disciplines. * Curiosity about AI, AI vibe coding, and emerging technologies, with an interest in applying new tools thoughtfully to agency and client work. * An ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking. * Aptitude for mentoring, coaching, and guiding junior staff. * A positive, adaptable mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for creative problem-solving. Location: NYC, hybrid Salary range: $105-120K The starting salary will match the skills and experience in the role assessed during the interview process.
