AB Facility Services is seeking a motivated Accounting Intern to support our Accounting & Finance team with basic accounting tasks, data entry, and administrative support while gaining hands-on experience in a professional business environment. This is a great opportunity for a college student looking to apply classroom knowledge and earn academic credit toward their degree. Key Responsibilities * Enter and maintain accounting and financial data accurately. * Assist with invoice and payment data entry. * Help organize and maintain accounting records and documents. * Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks. * Review data for accuracy and identify basic discrepancies * Support the Accounting team with administrative tasks and special projects. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related degree. * Eligible to receive college/university academic credit. * Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred. * Comfortable working with numbers and entering data accurately. * Basic Microsoft Excel skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality. * Reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team. Academic Credit This internship is intended for students seeking or eligible to receive academic credit through their college or university. The student will coordinate with their school regarding internship requirements.
