Accounting Operations Lead at JustMarkets

Responsibilities * Management of the global Finance Operations function: accounts payable, corporate expenses, revenue, and banking operations * End-to-end financial process ownership, including procurement and supplier settlements, invoice and payment processing; intercompany transactions, revenue recognition, and reconciliation * Ensuring fast and high-quality financial period close (Fast Close) * Ensuring accuracy of financial data and minimizing errors * Management of accounts payable and employee corporate expenses (travel, advances, corporate cards) * Oversight of banking operations, reconciliations, and intercompany settlements * Automation and optimization of financial processes to reduce manual work * Monitoring key KPIs: processing speed, transaction cost, error rate, overdue and unreconciled transactions * Development and enforcement of financial operational policies and internal controls * Management of a distributed team and development of the Finance function Requirements * 5+ years of experience in Finance / FinOps / Accounting, including 3+ years in leadership roles within international tech companies or fintech * Experience managing distributed teams (AP, AR, Cash) * Strong experience in process design and building scalable workflows * Experience transforming manual processes into automated solutions * Deep knowledge of ERP system architecture (BAS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) * Upper-Intermediate level of English Will be a plus * Experience in fintech * Participation in finance function transformation * Knowledge of IFRS We offer * 20 paid vacation days per year * 10 paid sick leave days per year * Public holidays as per the company’s approved Public holiday list * Medical insurance * Opportunity to work remotely * Professional education budget * Language learning budget * Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)
