Our Locations: Emmaus, Trexlertown, Fogelsville, Bethlehem, Palmer Your Role: As a teacher at Active Learning Centers, you’ll have the opportunity to: * Develop creative, engaging programs for students * Use a variety of educational techniques, including storytelling, play * Observe and support each child’s social development and self-esteem * Foster interaction and collaboration among children * Guide children’s artistic and practical skills through a thoughtfully crafted curriculum * Provide routine care, including meals, snacks, diapering, and potty training * Plan and supervise daily outdoor and gross motor play * Communicate regularly with parents and deliver exceptional customer service * Work collaboratively with fellow educators to maintain a clean and safe classroom environment * Participate in monthly staff meetings What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a teacher * 2 year of childcare experience preferred  * Strong understanding of child development principles * Familiarity with classroom safety and sanitation guidelines * Excellent communication and instructional skills * Friendly, reliable, and even-tempered demeanor * A balance between creativity and practical problem-solving skills * BSc/BA in Education or a related field (optional) If you have these qualities and are ready to inspire young minds, join our team today!
