Title: Activities/Behavioral Specialist Job Duties: The Activities/Behavioral Specialist provides quality care to residents with behavioral needs. The Activities/Behavioral Specialist works in conjunction with other facility departments to provide activities and support and makes changes to care plans as needed to provide a therapeutic yet homelike environment as we strive to assist our residents in meeting their goals. Schedule: * Full-Time: 11:00am-7:30pm (Sunday-Thursday) Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or CNA with 2 years mental health experience. * Experience implementing treatment plans. * Ability to effectively communicate via written and verbal methods with residents, employees, and outside agencies. Services include behavior modification, skilled nursing, prevocational and life skills training, recreation, and rehabilitation. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
