Working a compressed work week with alternating Fridays off, come experience what work life balance is all about!  BENEFITS: * Two Annual Bonus Plans * Comprehensive Benefits Plan * Retirement Package * Health Lifestyle Account  IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: * Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies  * General administrative duties including organizing and supporting the day-to-day tasks of the department as well as coordinating meetings, training, and events * Manage & lead document management and the departments’ SharePoint site * Update and maintain documents, policies, and procedures   * Support site compliance by tracking and reporting on compliance commitments   * Support budget and strategic planning process for the Environment department   * Support development and implementation of process and business systems improvements   * Collaborate with other departments, sites, and Business Units to support sustainable mining  REQUIREMENTS: * Certificate or diploma in administration or business-related discipline, or a combination of relevant schooling and experience  * Knowledge in information management and document control * Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines with minimum supervision * Experience in office administration and business improvement is an asset * Strong digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite®: Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams; experience in SharePoint is an asset  SALARY RANGE: 59,000 - 73,000 CAD /YEAR The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
