We are looking for an Administrator to join our Immigration & Global Mobility team, providing essential administrative support across immigration and relocation matters. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a professional services environment, supporting client files, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations. Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the Immigration & Global Mobility team across ongoing client matters * Assist with the preparation, organisation, scanning, and filing of client documentation related to immigration and relocation cases * Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records on CRM systems, databases, and internal trackers * Support the coordination of couriers, document dispatch, certifications, and related administrative processes * Assist with engagement documentation, billing support, and internal reporting under supervision * Support initial documentation checks in line with internal procedures * Liaise with internal departments to support administrative aspects of client requests * Provide general office and team support, including scheduling and correspondence Skills & Experience * Fluency in English, both written and spoken * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and reliable manner * Comfortable working in a team‑based, professional services environment * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and standard office applications * Previous administrative experience in a legal or professional services setting is considered an asset, but not essential Why Join Us * Hybrid working model * Private health insurance * Full training and on‑the‑job support * Competitive salary package * Opportunities for growth and internal progression Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates is an equal opportunities employer.
