The Growth team runs Joko's full acquisition engine, from paid channels (Meta, TikTok, ASA, Google, Moloco, and more) to referral loops, CRM, and lifecycle. Paid acquisition is a huge part of that mission — and creative is what wins or loses it. That's why we're doubling down on a creative production engine that operates at the speed and scale the platforms demand. The team is small, high-density, and moves fast. You'll work directly with our User Acquisition Managers and Claire, at the heart of a team that treats performance creative as a discipline, not an afterthought. 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO At Joko, paid acquisition is won or lost on creative. Your mission as Growth Creative Intern is to keep our creative machine running: orchestrate every source of content we have, work hand in hand with creators and platforms, and build the tooling and AI-powered workflows that make the whole team dramatically faster. You'll sit at the heart of our UA engine, feeding channels like Meta, TikTok, ASA, Google, and Moloco with a constant flow of high-performing creatives reaching millions of users. * Own the creative supply chain end to end. You coordinate every source of content — internal designers and video editors, freelancers, UGC creators, AI-generated assets — and keep a single source of truth for what's in production, what's live, and what's next. The pipeline never runs dry on your watch. * Turn insights into briefs, and briefs into hits. You brief creators and freelancers with sharp, data-informed directions, grow our network of UGC creators and production partners, and translate what's working across our channels into the next batch of angles to test. * Master the ad platforms. You get hands-on with Meta, TikTok, ASA, Google, and Moloco. You stay on top of new ad products, placements, and creative features as platforms ship them, and make sure every asset is adapted and optimized for the surface it runs on. * Lift the team through AI and automation. You build the tools and workflows that make creative production faster (naming conventions, asset libraries, tagging, dashboards), put AI to work across the process (generative image and video, variation at scale, scripting, FR/EN localization), and partner with our EA and automation stack (n8n and connected tools) to remove manual work end to end. 🧠 WHAT YOU'LL LEARN * How performance creative actually drives growth at scale, across millions of users. * The full mobile UA stack: channels, creative testing, attribution, reporting. * How to run a creative production engine, from brief to live asset to learning. * Hands-on use of AI and automation to make a marketing team dramatically more efficient. * How a data-driven Growth team operates inside a fast-moving startup. 👀 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Education: You're pursuing a Master's degree in a business, communication, or creative school, ideally with a focus on marketing, growth, or media. * Experience: You're looking for a 6-month internship, ideally with a first experience in growth, social, content, or a creative environment. * Creative eye: You have taste. You can tell what makes an ad scroll-stopping, and you're excited to make a lot of them. * AI-native: You already use AI tools daily and are eager to push what they can do for creative and automation. * Analytical: You're comfortable with numbers and want to connect creative choices to performance. * Ops mindset: You're proactive, organized, and resourceful. Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or the Talent team. 2. Step 1 – Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you’d join, or colleagues from other teams). 3. Step 2 – Role-specific assessments * For non-engineering roles: A take-home case study followed by a 45-min interview. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to your role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design). * For engineering roles: A 90-min live technical interview on CoderPad covering code understanding, review, system design, and product thinking (with AI serving as a collaboration tool). 4. Step 3 – Leadership interview (45 min): Conversation with a SteerCo member and a Founder. 5.
