KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Design end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) solutions aligned with business objectives. * Define scalable architecture for customer data collection, storage, processing, and activation. * Develop technical solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps. * Design and implement unified customer profiles using Real-Time CDP. * Configure identity resolution, profile stitching, and audience segmentation. * Ensure accurate customer data consolidation from multiple online and offline sources. * Architect batch and streaming data ingestion into AEP. * Design integrations with CRM, ERP, CMS, marketing automation platforms, data warehouses, and third-party applications. * Develop and review API-based integrations and event-driven data pipelines. * Design and maintain XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas. * Establish data governance, data quality, metadata management, and consent management processes. * Ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. * Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Campaign. * Enable omnichannel customer experiences and personalized marketing campaigns. * Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams. * Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches. * Mentor developers and support best practices for Adobe implementations. * Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability. * Monitor data ingestion, profile processing, and audience activation. * Troubleshoot architecture and integration issues. * Implement secure data access, encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. * Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and regulatory compliance. * Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, marketing teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. * Present architecture recommendations and implementation strategies to leadership.
