Key Responsibilities * Grow revenue by prospecting, networking, and engaging with community contacts to generate leads and add to your sales pipeline. * Educate clients about the full suite of Farmers insurance products (auto, home, life, business, specialty) through consultative selling. * Assess client needs and present tailored insurance solutions for comprehensive protection and value. * Oversee the complete sales process: source prospects, consult, present solutions, and close sales to build your client base. * Develop strong, trusting relationships and earn referrals through exceptional customer service. * Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals while providing outstanding client satisfaction. * Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to remain competitive.
