To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE  Essential * An understanding of agronomy, and global agricultural trade is desirable * An ambition to build a long-term, successful career within the agricultural industry. * A growth mindset with a proactive, cooperative attitude toward personal development and learning. * Ability to take initiative, lead projects, and prioritize a dynamic, diverse workload. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to engage effectively with internal and external global stakeholders. * Organised, dependable, and motivated by seeing tasks through to completion while maintaining attention to detail. * Flexibility to handle change and undertake regular travel (including global overseas visits to field operations). Required Competencies * Collaborative team player confident in forming strong working relationships across diverse cultures. * Highly adaptable with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. * Self-motivated and research-minded. Required Work Experience * Previous internship or initial professional work experience in the agricultural industry is desirable, but not essential.
