The AI & Automation Specialist will work directly with firm leadership to design, build, and expand AI-powered systems that streamline legal operations and eliminate repetitive work across the firm. From workflow automation and software integrations to AI-driven discovery processes, this role will serve as the firm's go-to technical expert, leading high-impact AI, automation, and technology initiatives that shape the firm's long-term technology strategy.   What you’ll do: * AI Development & Automation: Build AI agents, AI-powered workflows, and automations that eliminate repetitive work and improve operational efficiency across the firm. * Discovery Operations & Automation: Download, upload, organize, and optimize large volumes of criminal discovery files while continuously identifying opportunities to improve and automate the discovery process. * AI Discovery Workflow: Build and maintain automated workflows for discovery processing, from download to legal memo preparation. * Workflow Integrations: Lead software integrations, API connectivity, and workflow automation projects using Zapier and other automation platforms. * Technology Projects: Support coding, API integrations, field mapping, troubleshooting, and technology implementation projects across the firm. * Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to simplify workflows and make attorneys' and staff members' jobs easier through technology.
