We’re looking for a driven PHY SW Engineer to join our R&D team and help develop advanced, carrier-grade 4G cellular communication solutions that push performance, reliability, and AI driven development forward. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Design and build high-performance digital processing software for the baseband modem. Optimize, debug, and root-cause complex real-time issues in carrier-grade systems. Integrate, test, and bring up software modules all the way into the product. Help shape software architecture for advanced cellular PHY solutions. Apply agentic software development and LLM-based workflows WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE: 2+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on C++ and object-oriented design. Excellent C++ skills and solid Python experience. Hands-on experience with agentic software development and LLM-based workflows, with a basic understanding of AI internals and RAG. Confidence working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices. NICE TO HAVE: Arm architecture experience. AVX, Neon, or SIMD programming background. Kubernetes experience. MATLAB experience. Knowledge of 4G/5G 3GPP standards or similar technologies. Background in digital signal processing or wireless PHY layer technologies. EDUCATION: BSc in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Signal Processing, or another relevant engineering discipline.
