About the Role Campus is seeking experienced, mission-driven, student-centered AI for Business instructors to deliver high-impact, online courses as part of our many programs. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about student success, thrive in virtual environments, and are excited to work at the intersection of academic excellence and educational innovation. You’ll join a growing network of faculty dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences for students from all backgrounds, particularly those historically underserved by higher education. What You’ll Teach * AI for Business * AI Integration in Business I * AI Integration in Business II * Applied AI for Document and Linguistic Analysis * Data Analysis with AI * Introduction to Applied AI for Business Operations Academic Responsibilities and Essential Functions * Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies. * Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation. * Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours. * Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community. * Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course, including mentoring the TA on effective grading and student engagement practices. * Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, and submit mid quarter and end of quarter evaluations. * Collaborate with peers and Campus staff to share best practices and continuously improve instruction. * Contribute to co-curricular programming (e.g., speaker series, networking events) to enrich the student experience. * Stay current on industry and pedagogical trends relevant to your subject area and online teaching, including the effective use of AI tools embedded in our curriculum.   Requirements * Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field. * At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills. * Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.  * Digital fluency and ability to effectively incorporate AI-powered educational tools into instruction. * Proactive, reliable, and committed to high-quality online education. * Passion for equity, access, and supporting students from diverse backgrounds. * Available to commit 8-10 hours per week per course, with some flexibility for training.   Compensation * $8,000 per 4-credit course/11 week quarter * $5,000 per 1-2 credit course/11 week quarter Benefits * Flexible Scheduling: Teach from anywhere in the US and choose teaching terms that fit your availability. * Professional Growth: Access exclusive training on online teaching best practices, learning design, and equitable instruction. * Collaborative Faculty Network: Join a community of educators from top-tier institutions committed to student success and innovation in higher ed. * Teaching Assistant Support: Work alongside trained Teaching Assistants who help manage grading and student check-ins. * Mission-Aligned Work: Make a direct impact on high-quality education for historically underserved students. * Streamlined Tech & Admin Support: Benefit from Campus’s all-in-one platform (Campuswire) and a dedicated Academic Operations team to handle logistics, so you can focus on teaching.   Upcoming 2026 Academic Quarters * Summer Quarter: July 6 – September 18 * Fall Quarter: October 5 – December 18
