WHAT YOU'LL DO * Partner closely with one of Manifest's business immigration attorneys to execute high-volume, high-quality work for corporate clients — leading PERM and H-1B case preparation from intake through filing, with additional exposure to L-1s, E visas, and extraordinary-ability matters (EB-1A, O-1, EB-2 NIW) as needed. * Guide clients through document collection and evidence gathering, ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and compliant with USCIS and DOL requirements. * Prepare USCIS forms and draft clean, persuasive, well-organized case materials tailored to each petition type. * Serve as a professional, steady point of contact for corporate HR partners and foreign-national employees — handling updates, expectations, and process explanations with clarity and confidence. * Track deadlines and manage a substantial, simultaneous caseload with meticulous records, so nothing falls through the cracks. * Anticipate your supervising attorney's needs, aligning on preferences and enabling them to focus on higher-level legal strategy. COMPENSATION & PAY TRANSPARENCY Manifest is a remote-first firm, and this role is open to candidates in the United States. The good-faith salary range for this position is $65K - $105K USD. This range reflects base compensation and may not include bonus, equity, or other components of total compensation. Actual pay is determined by a range of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's location, experience, education, and skills, as well as the specific scope of the role. Candidates outside of the United States are welcome to apply, and compensation will be assessed according to regional models. Outside the US - will be paid as a contractor at a rate of $15-25 per hour depending on location and experience level.
