WHAT YOU'LL DO * Partner closely with Manifest's immigration attorneys to execute high-volume, high-quality work for corporate clients — leading primarily PERM and H-1B case preparation from intake through filing, with additional exposure to L-1s, E, TN, and extraordinary-ability matters (EB-1A, O-1, EB-2 NIW) as needed. * Guide clients through document collection and evidence gathering, ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and compliant with USCIS and DOL requirements. * Prepare USCIS forms and draft clean, persuasive, well-organized case materials tailored to each petition type. * Serve as a professional, steady point of contact for corporate HR partners and foreign-national employees — handling updates, expectations, and process explanations with clarity and confidence. * Track deadlines and manage a substantial, simultaneous caseload with meticulous records, so nothing falls through the cracks. * Anticipate your supervising attorney's needs, aligning on preferences and enabling them to focus on higher-level legal strategy. COMPENSATION & PAY TRANSPARENCY Manifest is a remote-first firm, and this role is open to candidates in the United States. The good-faith salary range for this position is $60K - $100K USD. This range reflects base compensation and may not include bonus, equity, or other components of total compensation. Actual pay is determined by a range of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's location, experience level, education, and skills, as well as the specific scope of the role.
