Hercules is hiring AI-native growth hackers. Your job is to help us grow from 100k users and $XXM of revenue to 100M users and $100M+ revenue as quickly as possible. You will have an unlimited AI budget. We are looking for true AI power users. Not people who use ChatGPT to be 10 to 20% more productive. We want people who can use AI plus code to 100x themselves and do things that were not possible two years ago. If you are a growth hacker at the cutting edge of AI, with a voracious appetite for experimentation, and you want the budget to scale your best playbook, this role is for you. What you will do * Pick one specific growth wedge and own it end-to-end (programmatic SEO, paid ads, lifecycle, etc.) * Build an AI-driven system to execute it at scale * Run tight feedback loops: ship, measure, learn, repeat * Automate whatever is working so we can scale What skills you need need * Exceptional AI skills (asynchronous agents, automations, evals and QA). * Strong communication. * Ability to code (TypeScript-first). * Track record running successful, large-scale growth strategies How we operate * Urgency: ship fast, iterate, correct quickly. * Excellence: have taste, get the details right, make outputs simple and self-serve. * Hunger: work hard, do what it takes, be politely relentless. Your application Pick ONE specific growth play that will have the highest impact and describe it below (examples: programmatic SEO, TikTok ads, partnerships, lifecycle email). In your answer, include: 1. The play: What exactly is your play? How does it work? What are the outputs? 2. How you will use AI to 100x impact: which AI tools/workflows will you use? How will you ensure high quality? 3. Measurement: What metrics will you track? How will you iterate / experiment? 4. CAC Payback: How you will ensure this play is profitable? If we like you and your idea we will quite literally hire you on the spot to go implement this play. Compensation $100k to $250k plus equity (based on seniority and location).
