As an Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong carrier and customer relationships, developing pricing strategies, and driving business growth across intra-Mexico and cross-border operations. This role blends day-to-day sales execution with strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Location: This role is hybrid, based out of Monterrey(Neuvo Leon), Mexico Key Responsibilities Customer Development & Management * Grow and maintain a robust customer base across multiple industries. * Analyze trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue. * Conduct business reviews and performance reporting. Pricing & Quoting * Develop carriers’ relationships and competitive rates for truckload, LTL, and multimodal services. * Assess market conditions and collaborate with carriers for capacity and cost data. * Deliver accurate and timely quotes.  Account Management * Planning and scheduling shipping and delivery appointments * Booking and dispatching trucks. * Tracking and tracing loads * Daily follow up with customers Strategic Contribution * Participate in shaping business strategy and identifying market opportunities. * Align sales initiatives with company growth objectives. Administrative & Reporting * Track KPIs and deliver reports to leadership. * Utilize Turvo and Power BI for account management and forecasting. * Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
