The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for initiating, managing, and controlling the movement of refrigerated cargo and maintaining required export documents. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in logistics, be adaptable, detail-oriented, a quick learner, and possess a natural curiosity to learn more. Scope of Responsibility: * Manage ocean shipments. * Transportation bookings. * Update shipping rates and routes. * Cold storage tracking. * Ensure the on-time delivery of customer products. * Stay abreast of intermodal trends. * Update inventory, track product availability, and allocations. * Customer follow-up. * Provide data for claims when needed.   Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. * 1 - 2 years of logistics, export documentation, or refrigerated ocean transportation experience is required. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Natural ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, prioritize, and multi-task. * Effective organization, time management, and attention to detail * High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of urgency.   Language Requirements * Candidates are required to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently. * Additional language proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
