We're hiring an: Order Fulfillment Specialist 📍 LatAm This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and thrives on delivering excellent customer experiences. You'll play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered efficiently while gaining exposure to sales operations and business development activities within a growing international company. What you'll do * Process and enter customer orders accurately into company systems * Review and verify order details, pricing, product availability, and customer information * Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery * Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and issue resolution * Manage order changes, cancellations, returns, and special requests when needed * Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Inventory teams to resolve discrepancies and improve order accuracy * Maintain organized and accurate records of customer orders and interactions * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the order fulfillment process * Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency * Participate in training and development opportunities related to inside sales and business development activities What we're looking for * 1 to 3 years of experience in order processing, order management, customer service, sales support, or a related field * Experience working with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook * Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order management * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 🚀 Why join us?
