We’re hiring a: Products Finance Controller 📍 LatAm What you’ll do * Own revenue recognition processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product and contractual structures * Analyze cost of services (COS) and margins at a product and service level * Support AOP planning, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with FP&A * Track sales orders, billing flows, and revenue movements * Support accounts receivable (AR) monitoring and coordination with Finance Ops * Prepare and maintain documentation, controls, and audit-ready processes * Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring financial alignment and clarity What we’re looking for * Experience in finance, controlling, revenue operations, or accounting roles * Strong understanding of: * Revenue recognition * COS and margin analysis * Financial reporting and variance analysis * Month-end close processes * Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred) * Experience tracking sales orders, billing, and revenue flows * Strong data analysis skills using Excel / Google Sheets * Background in SaaS, subscription-based, tech consulting, or professional services environments Other Qualifications * English fluency required * Exposure to international operations is a strong plus * Accounting or Finance degree (completed or equivalent professional experience) Why join us?
