As an Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong carrier and customer relationships, developing pricing strategies, and driving business growth across intra-Mexico and cross-border operations. This role blends day-to-day sales execution with strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Customer Development & Management * Grow and maintain a robust customer base across multiple industries. * Analyze trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue. * Conduct business reviews and performance reporting. Pricing & Quoting * Develop carriers’ relationships and competitive rates for truckload, LTL, and multimodal services. * Assess market conditions and collaborate with carriers for capacity and cost data. * Deliver accurate and timely quotes.  Strategic Contribution * Participate in shaping business strategy and identifying market opportunities. * Align sales initiatives with company growth objectives. Administrative & Reporting * Track KPIs and deliver reports to leadership. * Utilize Turvo and Power BI for account management and forecasting. * Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements. What We’re Looking For Essential Traits & Skills To be considered candidates must have: * Enjoys a daily challenge with a very competitive mindset to hit goals. * Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally. * Experience developing pricing strategies across multiple transportation modes * Familiarity with intra-Mexico and cross-border logistics. * Ability to work both alone and collaborate with other teams * Strong active listening and effective verbal & written communication skills. * Have good time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively * Enjoys being part of a team and organization that really wants everyone to succeed in a fun/friendly environment and be rewarded for your efforts Education & Experience: * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. * 2+ years of logistics sales experience. Language: * Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write in English & Spanish fluently.
