Appeals Support Specialist * Rate: $22/Hour * Temporary 6 month role * Training will be provided * 100% Remote Key Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities: * Prioritizes and reprioritizes workload while managing time effectively. * Accurately and confidentially records documents and other information using OnBase, the shared system and/or MAS. * Orders documentation from external stakeholders * Indexes documentation within OnBase * Creates and uploads case files in OnBase to ensure accurate reporting. * Communicates with management regarding process improvements or trends. Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * 6 months’ work-related experience Proficiencies: * Basic computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills * Attention to detail * Ability to multi-task and adapt to change * Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Outlook What to Expect Next: After submitting your application, our recruiting team will review your qualifications.
