Architectural Metals Installer- (ACM Panels) Apprentice and Journeyman level $18-$30/hr DOE Flynn Group of Companies Salt Lake City, UT     Job Summary: You will work daily with your crew installing a variety of exterior metal panels, ACM panels, flashings, and occasionally metal roofing on commercial buildings. For this role candidates must be proficient in some architectural metals installations and meet the listed requirements for this role.    Benefits: * Competitive wages $18-$30/hr (Depending on experience) * Health insurance (Partial employer paid premiums) * Paid time off & holiday pay * Vision & Dental insurance * Life Insurance * Referral bonus program * Free Gym membership access * Annual holiday celebration(s) * Paid training programs * 401k w/company match * PPE provided * Opportunities for career advancement   Daily Responsibilities  * Install metal wall panel systems, ACM, cladding, and metal roofing on commercial buildings: cut/trim metal panels, level, mount panels, install flashings, etc. * Conduct work from heights and elevated platforms- boom lifts, scissor lifts, scaffolding, etc. * Use hand/power tools and job site equipment regularly * Assist in loading and unloading material * Follow all safety rules and procedures * Participate in safety classes and certifications as required * Set up fall restraint equipment and wear PPE * Travel and work at various jobsites as needed (Salt Lake County, Utah County, Weber County) * Assist in the shop or in other departments as needed   Requirements  * 1+ years’ experience with architectural metals installations (various kinds of exterior metal panels, ACM, flashings, fasteners, clips, etc.) OR prior construction experience * Must possess basic set of hand tools or be willing to obtain them upon hire * Has reliable transportation/own motor vehicle- able to commute to and from various job sites * Very comfortable working from heights and outdoors year-round * Ability to follow and abide by all safety procedures and standards * Willing to submit background check and pass a drug screening  * Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship) Preferred Skills Bilingual (Spanish) Previous Lead/Foreman for ACM install projects   #LI-DNI Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
