The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Technician with expertise in Autodesk Revit and a degree in architecture. This role supports the development of BIM models, scan-to-BIM workflows, and high-quality construction documents in coordination with our remote, interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities * Produce accurate architectural drawings and models using Revit. * Execute scan-to-BIM workflows by converting point cloud data into usable design models. * Assist in the preparation of design and construction documentation sets. * Coordinate architectural components with structural, MEP, and survey teams. * Perform code analysis and support quality control reviews for compliance with applicable standards (including IBC). * Collaborate across multiple project phases, from schematic design to construction documents. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch). * Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional setting. * Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation standards. * Knowledge of IBC and relevant design codes. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Preferred: * Experience with multifamily residential projects. * Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. * Experience working with point cloud data or 3D laser scan deliverables.
