DESCRIPTION * Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual book closings processes * Assist in preparations of annual financial statements and tax return * Manage month-end closing process for all subsidiaries * Work with colleagues and finance team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of the company’s global financial informationMonitor bookkeepers and review the accuracy of financial data * Supports all accounting-related activities * Assist with ad-hoc tasks, as necessary   REQUIREMENTS * Strong knowledge in and experience in US-GAAP accounting and tax-related matters * Highly organized and independent with the ability to manage multiple priorities, thrive, and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic environment * Expert in Microsoft Excel * Team player with excellent interpersonal skills * CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm - audit department * Fluent in English, both writing and speaking - Must
