As our Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you'll be the right hand to the Store Manager, helping bring the Princess Polly brand to life every day. You'll lead from the front on the sales floor, inspire and develop your team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure store operations run seamlessly behind the scenes. When the Store Manager is away, you'll confidently step up to keep the team motivated and the momentum strong. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Be the go to leader on the floor, setting the pace and keeping energy high throughout every shift Drive team performance in the moment, coaching on service, styling and selling while leading by example Take ownership of the customer journey, making sure every interaction feels authentic, on brand and unforgettable Oversee day to day operations including rostering, reporting, compliance and inventory management to keep the store running smoothly Execute visual merchandising direction with precision, ensuring every display is inspiring and shoppable Support the Store Manager with commercial goals while taking responsibility for the shift to shift performance that delivers them Step up seamlessly to lead the store when required, keeping culture and momentum consistent Create the vibe in store by celebrating wins, building team energy and making work feel fun and rewarding WHO YOU ARE: An experienced retail leader who has thrived in an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or senior floor role in a high volume or flagship store Customer obsessed with a natural ability to create authentic connections and unforgettable in store experiences Confident leading from the floor, setting the pace and coaching the team in the moment Commercially minded with strong understanding of sales drivers, store performance levers and day to day operations Skilled in inventory management and visual merchandising, with a sharp eye for detail and presentation A coach and motivator who builds capability, celebrates wins and lifts team energy every shift Hands on, adaptable and resilient, you thrive in fast paced environments and lead by example WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: Be part of the opening team for Princess Polly's first Brisbane store at Westfield Chermside.
