The Role Wpromote's B2B Paid Search team is growing, and we're hiring an Associate Director to own paid search strategy and execution for a portfolio of B2B clients across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Our clients are growth-stage and enterprise B2B companies with real complexity: long sales cycles, multiple buying committees, and revenue that shows up in a CRM weeks or months after the click. The people who do this well think in pipeline, not conversions. At Wpromote, we believe that great work is only possible with great people. Our goal is to build a better, more inclusive work environment and support our people at every stage of their careers by prioritizing a strong work-life balance through our policies and benefits listed below. You should be able to explain what you do when the CRM data is messy, because it usually is * Depth in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads at the architecture level: how you'd structure an account for a business with three products, six personas, and a nine-month sales cycle * Experience with SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, or similarly considered-purchase B2B categories * Strong analytical instincts and fluency in GA4 plus at least one enterprise analytics or BI platform * The ability to hold a point of view with a senior client who disagrees, and to change it when the data says you should * Comfort operating with ambiguity and competing priorities across multiple accounts NICE TO HAVE * Agency experience, or experience managing an agency * Familiarity with ABM and intent data platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar) and how they inform search targeting * Experience mentoring or formally managing paid search talent Wpromote is committed to bringing together individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives, providing employees with a safe and welcoming environment free of discrimination and harassment.
