WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Lead the end-to-end Workday Finance stream, with module leads reporting directly to you, and set the direction for the integrated Financial Management solution. * Translate business objectives into scalable Workday designs and lead executive workshops to evaluate options, resolve trade-offs and secure decisions. * Coordinate functional, data, integration, security, testing, change and deployment dependencies while managing quality, scope, risks, commercials and executive reporting. * Build KPMG’s Workday Finance capability through team leadership, coaching, recruitment, market development and reusable assets. WHAT YOU WILL BRING: * Experience leading an end-to-end Workday Finance stream, including managing module leads, plans, deliverables and cross-stream dependencies. * Deep expertise across one or more Workday Financial Management areas, with the ability to translate finance, control, reporting and operating model requirements into scalable designs. * Strong client and delivery leadership, including executive workshops, design governance, quality assurance, risk management and coaching Workday consultants. * Relevant Workday Financial Management certifications and consulting experience in complex environments are preferred; solutioning and proposal experience is advantageous.
