What We're Looking For As a Fintech/Implementation Associate (official title: Associate, Fintech Onboarding), you will manage the day-to-day onboarding of multiple fintech programs. You’ll serve as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance alignment, technical readiness, and smooth implementation of banking and payment products. Responsibilities: * Own and manage onboarding timelines for assigned fintech clients * Lead documentation gathering and compliance reviews (KYC, AML) * Guide clients through technical setup, including API integration and sandbox testing * Coordinate across Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams * Track onboarding status and escalate issues when necessary * Contribute to documentation and repeatable onboarding frameworks Qualifications: * 3+ years in client implementation, onboarding, or fintech delivery * Strong knowledge of financial data structures and integration tools (e.g., APIs, SFTP) * Proven experience managing multiple client projects concurrently * Excellent stakeholder communication and project coordination skills   #LI-KR1 #LI-Hybrid #LI-Onsite Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 Cross River is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
