You can crunch data in SQL/excel independently and are comfortable owning ambiguous, fast-moving problems with legal and financial stakes * You actively look for ways AI can make your work better, using tools like Claude or Cursor to move faster from data to decision * You focus on getting stuff done and aren’t afraid to get into the details. No job is beneath you and you lead from the front and with optimism * You love thinking about problems from a first principles approach, and you aren't afraid to take action and try new things in order to create the future, while knowing when to bring in the right partners on higher-stakes decisions * You are able to communicate complex topics in a clear and concise way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization and get alignment * You have experience managing cross-functional workstreams or a strong desire to grow into that responsibility * You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field  Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
