In this role, you will lead land development projects, support client relationships, and contribute to team development, enhancing both technical expertise and project management skills in a dynamic environment.   Responsibilities * Partner with Project Managers to develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver quality land development projects. * Monitor project performance to identify challenges and drive solutions. * Maintain organized project documentation and deliverables. * Assist with contract administration and project reporting. * Apply civil engineering principles across varied land development projects. * Support the preparation and review of engineering plans and technical documents. * Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design and infrastructure improvements. * Prepare hydrology and drainage reports and coordinate permitting requirements. * Ensure all work aligns with Atwell's quality standards. * Represent Atwell in meetings with clients and regulatory agencies. * Support business development initiatives and maintain client relationships. * Mentor junior staff and support team growth and professional development. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field required. * 4–8 years of experience in civil engineering or land development consulting. * Experience managing project schedules and client expectations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required. * Experience preparing hydrology and stormwater management reports preferred. * Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain in the near future. * Experience mentoring or coordinating junior staff is a plus.
