What You Bring: * Licensure: A Professional Engineer license in Pennsylvania.  * Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies. * Experience: Proven track record in managing both commercial and residential land development projects. * Communication Skills: Strong client management and interpersonal abilities. * Business Acumen: Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities. * Leadership: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
