Position Summary: The Associate Scientist will be participate in flow cytometry projects through assay development, validation, and execution in a timely manner.  Perform assays according to SOPs and support development of new procedures and improvement of existing SOPs. May perform other cell based assays. Provides technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff, as a part of a matrix.  Duties also include preparation of validation protocols, SOPs, written reports, and data presentations.
