Job Summary This position supports the USAF B‑2 Systems Program Office (SPO) at Tinker AFB, OK, providing senior program management leadership across a diverse portfolio of sustainment and modernization efforts. The B‑2 sustainment mission integrates flight control, structures, software, communications/navigation, defensive systems, and weapons systems. The role requires comprehensive oversight of cost, schedule, performance, and risk while driving strategies that enhance fleet readiness, system reliability, and long‑term modernization objectives. This position is 100% direct labor and requires intermittent CONUS travel. Essential Job Functions * Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, contracting, operations) to manage cost, schedule, and performance across assigned B‑2 sustainment and modernization programs. * Develop acquisition, logistics, and sustainment strategies that support hardware and software upgrades, modernization initiatives, and long-term lifecycle management. Create, review, and refine program documentation including budget requests, spend plans, statements of work/performance work statements, purchase request packages, schedules, market research reports, trade studies, and senior‑level briefings. * Create, review, and refine program documentation including budget requests, spend plans, statements of work/performance work statements, purchase request packages, schedules, market research reports, trade studies, and senior‑level briefings. • Identify and plan tasks required to meet program requirements; allocate resources, synchronize efforts across functional partners, and ensure execution in fast-paced, budget‑constrained environments. * Identify and plan tasks required to meet program requirements; allocate resources, synchronize efforts across functional partners, and ensure execution in fast-paced, budget‑constrained environments. * Participate in programmatic and technical reviews, analyzing progress toward cost, schedule, and performance objectives to ensure readiness and mission assurance. * Assess risks to program success and recommend data-driven mitigation strategies aligned with operational, financial, and technical constraints. * Drive sustainment and modernization strategies for updated weapons system components, hardware and software, ensuring interoperability, compliance, and long‑term viability. * Drive sustainment and modernization strategies for updated weapons system components, hardware and software, ensuring interoperability, compliance, and long‑term viability. * Support continuous process improvement efforts to enhance reliability, reduce lifecycle cost, and strengthen B‑2 fleet readiness. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly desired (MBA or technical discipline). • Ten (10) years of experience (or 6 years with a Master’s degree) in program or project management and acquisitions,     preferably within DoW, aerospace, aviation maintenance, ISR systems, or modernization portfolios. • Demonstrated experience overseeing large, complex aviation or defense programs—including sustainment,     modernization, systems integration, or enterprise-level workforce management. • Proven ability to manage multi-million‑dollar portfolios, drive modernization efforts, and coordinate high-tempo  operations while balancing performance, risk, compliance, and cost. • Familiarity with DoW acquisition frameworks, funding types, contract structures, and quality certifications/requirements. • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with experience briefing senior executives and integrating cross-functional teams. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; MS Project desired. • Active Top Secret clearance required; SAP eligibility highly preferred.
