Hours: Various shifts, but must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a part-time position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Work with catering staff to ensure proper service of food & beverages according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO). * Clear tables and return all equipment to their respective areas.  * Setting ballroom or other banquet facility space according to Banquet Event Order (BEO) and assist in moving any tables and chairs as assigned throughout the event. * Responsible for the proper handling of all equipment and props and knowledge of the appropriate table setting and service ware. * Maintain tables and all supplies for the duration of the function. * Communicate any challenges or customer requests with the Banquet Captain or Catering Sales Manager. * Ensure all linens and uniforms are placed in proper bags and bins and sorted according to size, shape and color. * Work effectively and efficiently with the banquet team, arriving at scheduled start time in appropriate uniform ready to work. Position Requirements: * Prior experience in food service and/or in banquets preferred. * Ability to describe all menu items and methods of preparation. * Must possess a valid ServSafe Food Handler Card or obtain within 30 days to maintain employment. * Must possess a valid RBS certification or obtain within 30 days to maintain employment.   Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer
